Conference operators monitor the entire meeting and provide you with every service you might need during the course of your meeting, giving you the extra level of control and security you need for special presentations (Training Seminars, Demos, Investor Relations Announcements, Press Conferences, etc.)

When the conference call is reserved, a list of participants' names and telephone numbers will be given to the Conference Coordinator The Coordinator then dials out to the chairperson and/or moderator, reviews the special instructions, and places the person(s) into the conference call. All other participants have been dialed out to as well and are waiting on hold until the chairperson/moderator is ready to proceed.
